The Maths Box

Maths can be one of the more challenging subjects for children to learn. However, with a little bit of organisation and planning, it is possible to make teaching maths fun and engaging for pupils. The Maths Box is an innovative resource for teachers, pupils and schools.

Written to support the teaching and learning of the National Curriculum for Mathematics, The Maths Box series is a set of seven boxes of maths activity cards, one for each of the year groups EYFS (Nursery and Reception) to Year 6.

The Maths Box is packed full of hands-on activities using maths materials readily available in the classroom. The cards are easy to use with colourful illustrations, designed to delight children of all ages and encourage learning.

Each box comes with comprehensive teacher reference materials that set out a strategy for teachers and tutors to follow.
